Positive: The pool was great, even during Christmas when it was sunny we went swimming. The location is also good, there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance that work all winter.

Negative: The AC units work only one way - cooling, I could not manage to get them to heat - in December during the night temperature drops to 8 Degrees C outside and as the house has little to no heat isolation, it can get pretty cold inside if there is no sun during the day.
