The villa is on a large enclosed landscaped plot with 10m swimming pool (optional heating at additional charge €40 per day excl jan- feb) .Sea views from the first floor. Ten minutes walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and the main strip. The private swimming pool has Roman steps is surrounded by patio and large landscaped garden. Three large bedrooms, two en suite both to the first floor, third bedroom and bathroom to ground floor .The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with granite worktops. Large dining area with patio doors to outside dining. Lovely spacious lounge with large settees, TV, DVD, sat TV and wifi. The brick built barbecue stands in the garden close to the covered outside dining. There is plenty of off road parking space along with a pergola for shade. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company.
