Moving up onto the next floor you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has the luxury en-suite bathroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea views. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor. Double bedroom and twin's bedroom, each has own bathroom. Additionally, there is separate dressing room of this level.
The villa is air conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating. Furthermore, are a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, cleaning stuff available at the villa.

To the front and side of the villa you will find off street parking for 2 cars.
To the rear of the villa, you will find the shaded and unshaded area equipped with sun beds surrounding swimming pool. The garden table and chairs provide you the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining.
The large garden area surrounds the villa and leads the way down to the sea only a few meters from the villa.
