The Russelia Villa is 3 floors. On the ground floor the entrance leads to the downstairs bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and the large open plan living and dining room with 2 glass sliding doors that takes you to the patio, perfect for alfresco dining.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms all with en-suites. All 3 bedrooms have beautiful sea views and connectioning balconys.
The second floor is a large sun terrace, perfect for watching the sunset over the Akamas. The sun terrace has stunning views of olive fields, Latsi Harbour, Akamas National Park and the mediterranean sea.
The large garden will have you surrounded with Mediterranean plants and trees, plenty of space to move with the sunshine throughout the day and a large pool with Roman steps for cooling down.
The pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture such as table, chair and sun loungers and a dining area for al fresco dining in the hot summer days.
