Summary: I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the staff was very helpful and very kind. This is a non-smoking property, but my room smelled like I was inside of a cigarette. I paid $700 for my room for only a week and honestly, it wasn’t even worth it. The massage chair smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was not clean and there was a leaking board of water in my room. Truthfully, I would not book here again. But the staff were very kind and very nice. Just the smell, and the lack of cleanliness really ruined it for me.
