The kitchen is very well equipped. 4 Ring Stove; Dish Washer; NEW Fridge Freezer; Hob; Microwave; Oven; Washing Machine; iron and ironing board.

The beautiful 12m x 6m swimming pool is surrounded by a wide terraced area with garden furniture and sun loungers. This villa has a particularly large secluded garden with thick and high hedges for total privacy. It is beautifully landscaped and planted with pots of colorful flowers, shrubs and mature trees. There are 4 loungers, with a large parasol.
There is an outside lounging area, and a dining table for 4 on the terrace, under the balconies offering shade throughout the day.
There is a seating area under the palm trees with a table and chairs at the far end of the garden with delightful beach views.
