Very large, well-furnished ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ The property is in a great location a very short walk to all amenities but nice and secluded. Overall it could do with a few updates but it has everything you could need and nothing detracts from a great holiday experience, would recommend this villa and stay again. Lovely Place to stay ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ First Impressions were great, it was clean, had some great touches from the Maintenance Company like some essentials bits in the fridge. We had a couple of issues with the AirCon downstairs, but it was seen to very quickly and new unit installed straight away. The mattresses were not very comfortable after a few days and the upstairs Aircon was noisy. Overall the Villa was clean and tidy and a great space to enjoy your holiday. The Maintenance man was so helpful and very friendly. Location was brilliant, within walking distance to all the Restaurants and bars and the local large supermarket that offered free delivery. Great villa in a fabulous location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★. This villa has everything you need to have a great family holiday. The outside space is fantastic and the pool a very good size. If the pool issue that the previous reviewer mentioned is resolved for next season it would be even better. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we found tea, coffee, milk, water, bread and jam had been left which was very welcomed. We did feel that, for a family of 6 as we were, a double fridge freezer would be better as by the time you have all your drinks in the fridge in the August heat you don't have much room for food. The villa is conveniently located just off the main strip where there are various shops and restaurants. If you wish to go further afield into Paphos the buses go every 15 mins from the main strip. Yes, the villa is a bit tired like one of the settees having no leg and being held up by a book and a mixing bowl! But nothing major that detracted from having a very enjoyable 2 weeks holiday here. Chris, the owner, was very helpful and answered any questions and arranged a late checkout a taxi transfers for us. Paul and his wife Kristina from the maintenance company were also very helpful and friendly. Date of arrival 14 August 2018. Sharon F.
